HELP!!!

I recently got a virus on my computer. (Its vista)

The virus was called Windows Security virus. (No joke)

I got rid of it, but now all my programs don't open by them selves.

Everything needs to be opened by a separate program.

It is extremely annoying.

Plus I can't play my games!!!
