Gears of War problem Windows 7

I kept getting an error when I start GOW. I have installed patches tried

without patches it says I can not run with a modified executable code. I have

only installed the GOW patch then uninstalled and reinstalled TU3 no modified

anything. Does someone know how to fix this? It will not run at all.
